I take on 2–3 projects a month

AI in production. Not courses — working systems.

I bring AI into businesses that already run — e-commerce, clinics, service companies of 10–200 people: agents that answer clients, voice automation, document processing, marketing-ops. Everything I build for clients, I run in my own production first.

Production systems that run for me — not in demo videos

This is my own battle-tested stack. The same approaches go into your business. Not "I'll help you pick an AI tool" — but "here are the exact building blocks I'll assemble your solution from".

Production · serving 327+ campaigns

Ad campaign conveyor

Campaigns are assembled and launched over API, creatives are generated automatically, conversions flow into the tracker, and every morning a summary of yesterday lands in Telegram. Running daily on live campaigns.

My own servers

Five production servers in Europe. Services under systemd with auto-restart, centralised logs, nginx with certificate auto-renewal, an encrypted tunnel between nodes, watchdog scripts and alerts to Discord and Telegram.

Autonomous decision systems

Several of my own systems making decisions in real time: every few seconds they look at incoming data, act, write everything to a database and alert to Discord. Fintech, domain under NDA.

Shared project memory and decision log

A database recording every meaningful action across all my projects, plus a knowledge graph for long-term agent memory. Scheduled jobs keep it consistent and significant decisions are mirrored to a dedicated Discord channel. This is why an agent still has the context months later.

Open-source intelligence

A step-by-step read on a competitor from public data: who is behind the site, what it is built on, how the traffic chain is put together, what changed over time. Legal public sources only — registration records, certificates, page archives. Scripted, takes 30–60 minutes.

Self-healing browser automation

Two independent browser profiles run in parallel and survive environment updates: a background service restores the configuration on its own, with the rollback recipe kept in the repo. Every update used to cost half a day of manual repair.

Every system is my own code, not a SaaS wrapper. Deployed on my own servers, under my monitoring. This is my personal production stack — I don't disclose the specifics of domains or clients, but I carry the same architectural approaches into client projects.

How I work

Four steps from "we could use some AI" to a working system

Fixed quote before the work starts, a progress recording every week, access to the working version from day one. You see how it comes together instead of getting a black box at the end.

  1. 01 60–90 minutes

    Audit for 5,000 ₽

A call over Zoom, Telegram or Google Meet — whatever suits you. We walk through how things run today and I map out 3–5 points where automation pays for itself in 1–3 months. If I don't see the payback, I say so and we stop there.

Written report + payback estimate in hours and money
  2. 02 2–4 days

    Spec and quote

If we move on, I write a detailed spec: what exactly we build, on what, how it plugs into your CRM and accounting. The quote is fixed — the number in the contract does not drift mid-project.

Spec + quote + timeline · free, no strings attached
  3. 03 1–4 weeks

    Pilot / Project

Once a week I send a short screen recording: what got done, what's next, where it got stuck. You get access to the working version straight away, so you can poke at it instead of waiting for the reveal.

Working system + a recorded walkthrough for your team
  4. 04 from 20,000 ₽/mo

    Ongoing support

I keep it running: monitoring, updates for new scenarios, moving to better models as they ship. I reply within 2 hours during business hours.

Month to month · 30 days notice, no penalty
From the portfolio

Real deployments. No "we helped a client" — concrete numbers.

Examples from work that isn't under NDA. There is more under NDA — I'll walk you through it on a call.

"I don't build demos — I build systems that still work a year later."

My name is Vyacheslav. In IT since 2017. I started as an engineer at the Baltic Shipyard — shipbuilding, Primavera, multi-level schedules across 10,000+ material items. Then Infor LN, BAAN 4gl, ERP customization for foreign clients in Turkey (IPL Consulting) and Bulgaria (Asertiva Solutions, EU market) — clients included Ferrari, Aston Martin, Kozloduy NPP, Rosatom, OSK + plants across RU / EU / the Middle East.

In parallel I kept studying: App Brewery — iOS & Swift Bootcamp, then Web Development. Shipped 20+ iOS apps (Swift, SwiftUI, CoreML, ARKit) and took part in WWDC21.

In 2024 I moved into media buying: the Syndicate Group team (Middle), then Senior at SweepStakes. $1.34M of ad budget in performance marketing, $379k net profit over the period. That is also when I started building my own AI tooling: auto-launch of campaigns via the Graph API, creative parsers, lead classifiers on GPT.

Today — my own AI agents running in production (trading, growth, automation) and bringing those same approaches into SMB. No courses, no consulting without code. Only working systems, end to end.

FAQ

What people usually ask before we start

How are you different from a 500,000 ₽ agency and from a 5,000 ₽ student?

Most competitors run one of two modes: either a GPT wrapper on a no-code builder (fast, breaks on the 100th customer), or a large team with a slow process and a markup. I'm a senior engineer working solo, with 7+ years of enterprise development. I write code, I don't configure builders. And I work alone — so there's no agency markup.

What does "AI bots in production 24/7" actually mean?

I run my own AI agents on real production systems (trading, growth automation). That means I know what breaks under real load, how to do graceful degradation, how to monitor and how to roll back. Most "AI consultants" have only ever built demos.

What's the minimum budget that makes sense?

The 5,000 ₽ audit is the entry point for businesses from ~1M ₽ of monthly revenue. The 35,000 ₽ pilot is the next step. Below 35,000 ₽ I usually don't take work: either the task is too small (then I'll suggest a solution for free), or the client isn't serious.

How quickly can we start?

The audit — within 3–5 days of payment. A pilot starts within a week and delivers in 1–2 weeks. I take on 2–3 projects a month, so message ahead if you need a specific date.

Do you work with companies, sole traders and individuals?

All three. With individuals and sole traders — a civil contract, fully declared income as samozanyatyy (self-employed). With legal entities — invoice + contractor agreement; for larger contracts, engagement via a legal entity.

What about NDAs and data?

I sign an NDA before receiving any sensitive materials. I don't forward client data to third-party services without explicit consent (some tasks require the OpenAI / Anthropic API — I discuss that separately). Default: self-hosted wherever possible.

Can I just get a consultation?

There is a free 15-minute call to work out whether it makes sense to work together at all — and I will say so if the task can be solved without me. But going through your business and estimating payback is the 5,000 ₽ audit: that is several hours of work, and I cannot do it for free at the expense of paying projects.

Do you guarantee results?

I stand behind the code — for as long as the support contract runs, I fix it at my own cost. I cannot vouch for the business outcome: it depends on things on your side I have no control over. But at the audit I will say plainly if I do not see the payback — losing your money is not good business for me either.

What if the task is outside your stack?

If it's outside my competence, I'll say so and recommend a colleague. Custom front-end work in Vue / Angular, for example, isn't my strong suit; neither are large SAP integrations.

What does the first step look like?

Message me on Telegram (@flowerslava) or through the form on this site. Two or three sentences about your business and where it hurts. I reply within 2 hours during business hours. Then a short 15-minute call (free), and we pick the format: audit / pilot / project.

I'll tell you what to deploy in your business first, what the payback looks like, and whether you need AI for the task at all (sometimes you don't).
