What people usually ask before signing the contract

What's my legal form?

Samozanyatyy (self-employed, professional income tax) + civil contract. Tax receipt issued after payment. For larger contracts (from 500,000 ₽) — setup via a legal entity: invoice + contractor agreement + acceptance act. Details on request.

Can I get a receipt for an IP / LLC?

Yes, via a legal entity. I don't disclose the source in public communication — I'll explain details on a call. Full document set: invoice + contractor agreement + acceptance act + closing documents.

Can I pay in installments?

Standard 50 / 50 — 50% prepayment on signing, 50% on delivery. For projects above 500,000 ₽ — flexible terms: 30 / 40 / 30 or by milestones. Recurring (ongoing support) — monthly via CloudPayments / YooKassa.

What are the payment methods?

Bank transfer under contract (for legal entities), SBP, card transfer to a self-employed account (for individuals / IP). Recurring subscriptions — CloudPayments (Tinkoff) or YooKassa with auto-billing. I don't accept cryptocurrency.

What's included in 'Audit for 5,000 ₽'?

60–90 min Zoom business review + written PDF report afterwards: 3–5 automation points with ROI forecast, prioritization (now / next / later), recommended cooperation format. If we proceed further — 5,000 ₽ are credited toward the first project.

Are refunds possible?

Code functionality is guaranteed for the entire retainer term. If during the first week it becomes clear the project 'won't fly' for a technical or business reason — prepayment refund minus hours actually spent. Details in the contract.

FZ-152 — where does client data live?

By default, all personal data of Russian citizens — in databases on RU territory (Selectel / VK Cloud / Yandex Cloud). For tasks involving PII I use GigaChat or YandexGPT, not OpenAI / Anthropic — this meets FZ-152 requirements (effective July 1, 2025). Sending to foreign APIs is agreed separately and only with anonymization.

KII objects (banks, oil & gas, telecom, government sector)?

Effective January 1, 2026 — 187-FZ KII prohibits foreign software on critical infrastructure. I work as an architect / consultant. For on-prem GigaChat / YandexGPT integrations — engagement only via a legal entity. I don't hold FSTEC licenses for deep pentesting — for those tasks I recommend a partner.

Is a 5,000 ₽ starting fee for everyone?

No, for serious inquiries. If the task is 'set up ChatGPT in Telegram for 1,000 ₽' — that's not my niche, I'll recommend a colleague or a free solution. The audit makes sense from ~1M ₽/mo of business revenue and a serious intent to deploy automation.

What if the scope changes during work?

Fixed quote for every scope change. No 'surprises at the end' — we agree on the delta before work begins on the new scope: either a separate change order with a fixed price, or T&M at an hourly rate. Transparent.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, I sign before receiving any sensitive materials. By default: I don't forward client data to third-party services without explicit consent, self-hosted where possible. NDA template — I can propose mine or sign yours.
